Consent records (accountability)
When you Accept, Reject, or Save choices, we store a dated record of that decision on our servers for future reference under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. The record includes your selected categories, an anonymous consent identifier, and hashed (not raw) network identifiers. It does not include your name or email.

Analytics (only with your consent)
This journal uses Google Analytics with your permission. Google sets its own cookies (_ga, _gid) to produce anonymous usage statistics. Rejecting analytics in the banner prevents these scripts from loading, and clears any identifiers already set.
