Article copyright
Authors retain copyright in their articles. This journal does not take copyright. The copyright line on an article names the authors. That notice is separate from any rights in this website’s design, text, and software.
Licence
Each article is published under the Creative Commons licence shown on the full text, which by default is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY). Readers may copy, share, and adapt the article with attribution. The licence is also stated on the licensing page and on the HTML and PDF of every article.
Self-archiving
Authors may deposit the submitted manuscript, the accepted manuscript, and the published version in any repository or personal website at any time. There is no embargo.
Publisher
The publisher’s name, postal address, country, and editorial contact are on the contact page once the editorial office has published them. Questions about copyright go to that address.
